Stanloch Cottage

Stanloch Cottage is a single-storey spacious, sandstone country cottage offering a peaceful retreat for up to four people over two modern bedrooms.

As you step in to the warmth, the open-plan living/dining area provides a bright and welcoming space to relax and unwind.  This area then opens into a light conservatory where you can enjoy the local views from the comfort of the house.  The kitchen is very well equipped with families and those that wish to cook in mind with kitchen scales for the bakers, a blender for your homemade soup on a cold day and children's plastic cutlery and crockery for our younger guests.  

The cottage has two bedrooms -the master king room overlooking the gardens and local farmland and the twin bedroom overlooking the courtyard.  The twin room can be made up as a super king on request.  

A modern bathroom with large walk-in shower, LED mirror, heated towel rail and underfloor heating complete the comfortable interior.   

Step outside into your private enclosed garden with patio area, where you can enjoy the tranquil views of the local farmland and watch the local wildlife, while the children can play safely.  

The house is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Dumfries and Galloway
